Basil Dressing 

Basil Dressing 

Serving size 1-2

 

Ingredients: 

2 cups of basil leaves 

1 lemon

¼ teaspoon of sea salt 

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon of spring water (if needed)  

 

 

Method: 

1.     In a blender add basil leaves, juice of a lemon and minced garlic and blend. 

2.     Add water if needed and blend until smooth to your desired consistency. Add sea salt to taste. 

3.     Serve and enjoy.
