Sautéed Spinach

Sautéed Spinach

Serving size 2-4

 

Ingredients: 

1 bag of spinach 

¼ teaspoon of sea salt 

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 

 

Method: 

1.     In a large skillet on medium heat, add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Allow to heat up for about 1 minute. 

2.     Add the spinach leaves to the skillet. 

3.     Using tongs, toss the spinach leaves around to continue to wilt for about 5 minutes. Once all the spinach is cooked through, add the sea salt. Mix the spinach with the sea salt. 

4.     Serve and enjoy.
