Banana Oat Smoothie

Banana Oat Smoothie 

Serving size 6

 

Ingredients: 

2 cups of oats

3 ripe bananas 

2 cups of coconut milk  

¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds 

 

 

 

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add oats, bananas, coconut milk, cinnamon and ground flax seeds. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut milk.   

2.     Serve and enjoy.
