Flax Egg 

Serving size 1 

 

Ingredients: 

3 tablespoons of water

1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds 

*If you need to make 2 flax eggs, use 6 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds*

 

 

Method: 

1.     In small bowl, add the ground flax seeds and water. Mix until you get a thick consistency. Set aside for 15 minutes for use. 

2.     Use as an egg replacer.
