Anti-inflammatory Cherry Smoothie 

Serving size 3

 

Ingredients: 

1 cup of coconut milk

2 handfuls of spinach 

¼ cup of frozen mangos

¼ cup of frozen cherries

1 scoop of collagen

1 teaspoon of flaxseed meal   

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add coconut milk, spinach, frozen mangos, frozen cherries, flaxseed meal and collagen. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut milk.   

2.     Serve and enjoy.
