Cinnamon Ginger Tea

Cinnamon Ginger Tea

Serving size 4

 

Ingredients: 

4 cups of water

4 sticks of cinnamon

1 inch of ginger, thinly sliced into small pieces 

 

Method: 

1.     In a large saucepan, add water, cinnamon sticks and ginger slices. 

2.     Boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. 

3.     Serve and enjoy.
