Simple Salad 

Serving size 2-4

 

Ingredients: 

1 cup of boston lettuce, thinly chopped

1 baby kale, thinly chopped

¼ cup of grilled chicken, thinly chopped

¼ cup of shredded carrots

¼ cup of red onions, thinly chopped

¼ cup of olives, thinly chopped  

  

Method: 

1.     In a bowl, add the boston lettuce, baby kale, grilled chicken, shredded carrots, red onions and olives. Add your favorite dressing. I used the Lemon Vinaigrette dressing with this salad.    

2.     Serve and enjoy.
