Banana Spinach Papaya Smoothie 

Serving size 3

 

Ingredients: 

2 cups of coconut milk

1 handful of spinach

¼ cup of papaya

2 ripe bananas

  

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add coconut milk, spinach, papaya, and bananas. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut milk.   

2.     Serve and enjoy.
