Oatmeal Recipe

Oatmeal

Serving size 1

Ingredients: 

¼ cup of quick oats 

½ cup of hot water

1 teaspoon of collagen

1 teaspoon of flaxseed meal

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon of cane sugar or any sweetener of choice (honey or maple syrup)

Garnish with strawberries or fruit of choice Garnish with strawberries or fruit of choice 

 

Method: 

1.     Boil water and set aside. 

2.     In a small bowl, add oats, sweetener, collagen, flaxseed meal, turmeric, cinnamon and hot water. 

3.     Mix, cover and allow to set for about 5 minutes.

4.     Garnish with strawberries or fruit of choice. Serve and enjoy.
