Lemon Garlic Salmon 

Lemon Garlic Salmon 

Serving size 2-4

 

Ingredients: 

1 salmon fillet 

1 juice of a lemon

½ of a lemon, sliced for garnish

¼ teaspoon of dried oregano

¼ teaspoon of sea salt 

2 garlic cloves, grated

 

 

Method: 

1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line sheet pan with parchment paper. 

2.     Transfer the salmon to sheet pan with parchment paper. 

3.     Squeeze a juice of a lemon over the salmon. Add your grated garlic. Sprinkle sea salt. Add dried oregano. Add lemon slices on top of the salmon. 

4.     Roast the salmon in the oven for about 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. 

5.     Serve and enjoy.
