Dragonfruit Banana Mango Smoothie (Superfood smoothie) 

Serving size 3 

Ingredients: 

2 cups of coconut water

1 cup of dragon fruit (pitaya)

1 banana

½ cup of mango

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add coconut water, dragon fruit, banana and mango. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut water.   

2.     Serve and enjoy.
