Avocado Smoothie 

Serving size 2 

Ingredients: 

2 avocados

¼ cup of unsweetened coconut milk

  

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add the avocados and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, please feel free to add more coconut milk.    

2.     Serve and enjoy.
