Pineapple Pitaya (Dragon Fruit) Aloe Smoothie

Pineapple Pitaya Aloe Smoothie 

Serving size 3

Ingredients: 

1 cup of pineapples

ΒΌ cup of pitaya (dragon fruit) 

1 aloe stalk  

2 cups of coconut water

 

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add the pineapple, pitaya, aloe and coconut water. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, please feel free to add more coconut water.    

2.     Serve and enjoy.
