Hibiscus Tea (Sorrel Tea)
Hibiscus Tea Recipe
Serving size 4
Ingredients:
4 cups of water
¼ cup of dried hibiscus flowers
Method:
1. In a large saucepan, add water and dried hibiscus flowers.
2. Boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and allow to cool for consumption. It can be consumed hot or cold based on your preference.
4. Serve and enjoy.
