Peppermint Tea Recipe

Serving size 4 

Ingredients: 

4 cups of water

1 cup of fresh mint leaves 

 

Method: 

1.     In a large saucepan, add water and fresh mint leaves. 

2.     Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.

3.     Remove from heat and allow to cool for consumption. It can be consumed hot or cold based on your preference. 

4.     Serve and enjoy.
