10 Tips on Building the Foundation of Your Self-Confidence

  1. Start From Within: Write down the reasons or things that are affecting your self-confidence. Why are you lacking self-confidence?
  2. Determine Your Values and Clarify What is Important To You: Is it your career, health, family or honesty that is important to you?
  3. Organize and Prioritize Your Values: Once you have figured out what your important values are, write them down and prioritize.
  4. Set Goals: Set a goal on how to achieve your desired success for each important value within a realistic time frame.
  5. Take Action: Put in the work that is needed to make that change for each value.
  6. Discipline: Consistency and discipline. There are days that I don’t want to exercise but I know that I will benefit from it at the end of the day.
  7. Eliminate Fear: Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
  8. Think, Speak and Breathe Positivity: What you put out into the universe is what you will get back. Law of attraction.
  9. Take Care of Yourself on the Outside: This is basically taking care of your appearance, such as grooming, exercising, and eating healthy food. One of the best feelings is getting out of the hair salon or dressing for success. Feel good on the inside and outside.
  10. Compliment Yourself: Look at mirror and say I love me! I am stunning! Everything starts with loving YOU.
