Simple Detox Challenge

Detoxing (n) Period of time when you stop taking unhealthy or harmful foods, drinks or drugs into your body for a period of time, in order to improve your health.

Detoxing helps eliminate toxins in your body and helps enhance your internal health.

Let’s do a simple detox for 14 days. I want to know if you can survive a sample of my abbreviated challenge that will be available at a later date.

Below is list of food that should be eliminated for 14 days. You are free to eat anything else that is not on this list.  Stay healthy! 

1. All meat (beef, seafood, chicken, lamb, turkey, goat, pork, tuna etc.) Reintroduce meat on 15th day after detox- no red meat, no pork)

2. No fast food

3. No deli meat, including bacon

4. No alcohol

5. No caffeine – no coffee, no chocolate, no sodas, etc.

6. No dairy (Reintroduce dairy on the 15th day after detox)

7. No fried foods

8. No canned food

9. No refined sugar, no maple syrup

10. No white flour

11. No desserts (cakes, cookies etc.)

12. ***** NOTHING PROCESSED!*****
