The warning signs of stress you should listen to before you burn out!

Stress is sometimes not always easy to recognize when it is becoming a threat to your physical or mental health. Here are some warning signs of stress that can lead to disruption to your physical or mental health:  

·      Trouble falling asleep

·      Difficulty staying asleep

·      Waking up tired and not well rested

·      Changes in eating patterns

·      Craving sweet, fatty, salty “comfort” foods

·      More headaches than usual

·      Short temper or irritability

·      Recurring colds and minor illnesses

·      Muscle ache and or tightness

·      Trouble concentrating, remembering or staying organized

·      Depression
