Papaya Kale Smoothie

Papaya Kale Smoothie (Anti-inflammatory) 

Serving size 3

 

Ingredients: 

2 cups of coconut milk

1 handful of kale

¼ cup of papaya

¼ cup of freshly cut aloe vera 

1 teaspoon of flaxseed meal 

 

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add coconut milk, kale, papaya, aloe vera and flaxseed meal. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut milk.   

2.     Serve and enjoy.
