Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic and Thyme  

Serving size 4-6

 

Ingredients: 

32 ounces of mushrooms 

3 garlic cloves

½ teaspoon of thyme

¼ teaspoon of sea salt

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 

 

Method: 

1.     In a large skillet on medium heat, add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Allow to heat up for about 1 minute. 

2.     Add the mushrooms to the skillet. 

3.     Using tongs, toss the mushrooms around and allow to cook through for about 5-10 minutes. The mushrooms will shrink in size. 

4.     Add the thyme and garlic. Toss the mushrooms around again and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. 

5.     Before the mushrooms are ready add in the sea salt. Mix well.  

6.     Serve and enjoy.
