Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Serving size 4
Ingredients:
16 ounces of brussels sprouts halves
ΒΌ teaspoon of sea salt
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl add the brussels sprouts and drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle the sea salt. Mix thoroughly.
3. Transfer brussels sprouts onto the parchment paper.
4. Roast brussels sprouts in oven for about 40 minutes. Flip 20 minutes into roasting.
5. Take out roasted brussels sprouts when crispy and charred or when thoroughly cooked.
6. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle over brussels sprouts.
7. Serve and enjoy.
