What to do when you are fatigued

Fatigue can be described as an unexplainable overall feeling of tiredness of lack of energy. It should not be confused with feeling sleepy. Fatigue can be a temporary or chronic health issue. It can coincide with many chronic and serious health conditions such as chronic pain, depression, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and Lyme disease to name a few. 

 There are many underlying causes of fatigue that should be addressed with your physician. Fatigue can lead to serious health conditions. Many potential causes of fatigue may be from lifestyle, physical or mental health factors.

Generally speaking, eating a whole-foods, nutrient-dense diet can help reduce fatigue. Daily movement and exercise can also help fatigue.
