What’s the best way to not spread germs?

The best way to protect others when you are sick is to practice good hand hygiene. You should cough or sneeze into the crook of your arm (into your elbow). You should also sanitize your hands after every bathroom visit, handshake, before all food preparations and before touching your eyes, nose or mouth after coming into contact with public surfaces.

Using alcohol-based sanitizing rubs or gels (60%-80%) are found to be more effective than soap. Handwashing is always preferable when they are visibly dirty or contaminated with bodily fluid.
