4 Things to Avoid in order to Have a Good Night Sleep

Insomnia may be kicking your behind lately and maybe you’ve tried everything. 

Here are 4 things to avoid in order to have a good night sleep: 

·     Caffeine- Coffee, chocolate, tea, soda etc.

·     Medications, herbs and supplements- Speak with your doctor if you believe any medication may be interfering with your sleep. 

·     Alcohol- It can make you restless and prevent restful deep sleep. 

·     Late-night eating- Late dinners and snacks can wreak havoc with your sleep. Try to eat at least 4 hours before bedtime avoid heavy dishes and sugar.
