Rosemary Parsnip Fries
Serving size 4-6
Ingredients:
1lb of parsnips
ΒΌ teaspoon of sea salt
1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Lightly peel and chop parsnips into thin strips then transfer to sheet pan with parchment paper.
3. Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over parsnips. Sprinkle sea salt and rosemary over the parsnips.
4. Bake parsnips in oven for about 20 minutes or until crispy, golden brown. Flip parsnips 10 minutes into baking.
5. Serve and enjoy.
