Sautéed Portobello Steaks

Sautéed Portobello Steaks 

Serving size 2-4

 

Ingredients: 

3 portobello mushrooms 

1 tablespoon of coconut aminos 

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 

 

Method: 

1.     Slice portobello mushrooms into steak slices. In a bowl, transfer the sliced portobello mushrooms and add the coconut aminos. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.  

2.     In a large skillet on medium heat, add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Allow to heat up for about 1 minute. 

3.     Add the portobello steaks to the skillet. 

4.     Using tongs, toss the portobello steaks around and allow to cook through for about 5-10 minutes. The portobello steaks will shrink in size. 

5.     Serve and enjoy.
