Turmeric Kale Mango Banana Smoothie (Anti-inflammatory) 

Serving size 3

 

Ingredients: 

2 cups of coconut water

1 handful of kale

¼ cup of frozen mangos

1 banana

¼ teaspoon of ground turmeric  

 

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add coconut water, kale, frozen mangos, banana and turmeric. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut water.   

2.     Serve and enjoy.
