Aloe Vera Smoothie
Aloe Vera Kale Smoothie (Anti-inflammatory)
Serving size 3
Ingredients:
2 cups of coconut water
1 handful of kale
¼ cup of frozen mangos
¼ cup of freshly cut aloe vera
Method:
1. In a blender, add coconut water, kale, frozen mangos and aloe vera. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut water.
2. Serve and enjoy.
