Roasted Cauliflower
Serving size 4
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
½ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Chop cauliflower into steaks then transfer to sheet pan with parchment paper.
3. Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the parchment paper. Add the cauliflower. Sprinkle sea salt and Italian seasoning over the cauliflower. Flip over the cauliflower and sprinkle sea salt and Italian seasoning.
4. Roast cauliflower in oven for about 40 minutes. Flip cauliflower 20 minutes into roasting.
5. Take out roasted cauliflower when thoroughly cooked.
6. Serve and enjoy.
