Acai Banana Kale Aloe Smoothie 

Serving size 3

Ingredients: 

2 cups of coconut water

1 handful of kale

2 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon of acai powder

¼ cup of freshly cut aloe vera  

Method: 

1.     In a blender, add kale, bananas, aloe vera, acai powder and coconut water. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut water.   

2.     Serve and enjoy.
