Get to know your triggers to avoid inflammation
Keeping these triggers at a minimum can help you lead a better life with a dramatic decrease of inflammation and pain. Below are a list of unhealthy habits and conditions that encourage inflammation in the body and can lead to more chronic pain.
· Injury and overwork

· Inflammatory diet: high sugar, bad fats, food sensitivities and processed foods
· Foods from the nightshade family such as tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, peppers, ashwagandha, goji berries, cayenne pepper, etc.
